What should I do if my package was lost?

What happens if my address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping?
If your shipping address is incorrect and you need to make a change to it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will do our best to help you; If the processing of the order has already started and your shipping label has been created, your shipping address may not be able to be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
